The Harbour Heights Community Organization was established in 1986.
The neighborhood association membership consists of 252 homeowners in Possession Bay Highlands.

Board of Directors

The board of directors governs the association and each is elected by the general membership.
The board of directors can appoint board members if there is a vacancy.
